How to fit a MONK in a MINI…

Last week, Fr. Seraphim and I visited the Archbishop at St. Thomas Anglican Church in San Francisco.

During our stay, we were fortunate to be present on the occasion of the bishop’s 20th anniversary to the priesthood.
Nazareth House Staff at St. Laurence House in Freetown, Sierra Leone extended their congratulations and love to the Archbishop via a picture via internet.
I had the photo printed out and framed as a gift for Archbishop Provence from James and Kadijah & family.

It is always a great delight for us to spend time with our good friend and especially a joy to be there with him as he celebrates this significant Anniversary.

Later that Evening, we had some private time with the Archbishop at his favorite restaurant, Florio’s in San Francisco.

Returning from Florio’s we got the opportunity to see if you can fit a 6’2″ monk (namely, Fr. Seraphim) into a Mini Cooper…

He folds well, and in actuality, the Mini accommodates well….

No problem…

Observation: A monk fits well into a Mini (prayer beads and all) …even in the back seat...
